CNN en Español "Encuentros with Camilo Egaña" recently interviewed Professor Juan Moreno-Cruz to give an expert opinion on the recent IPCC AR5 report and the mention of geoengineering technologies as an alternative to deal with climate change.  The interview went on air on Monday, September 30, 2013. Juan Moreno-Cruz has worked extensively on the economic analysis of geoengineering being the first economist to write a dissertation on the subject.
