FASET looks forward to meeting the 2013 freshman class this summer! If you and your student have not yet registered for FASET, it is not too late. The registration deadline for Fall Freshman FASET is Sunday, June 30.

As you prepare for FASET, please take note of the following items:

1. Verify that you and your student have the correct date and FASET session.

Summer Freshman FASET (students enrolling in the summer)

• Thursday, June 20 - Friday, June 21

Fall Freshman FASET (students enrolling in the fall)

• FASET-1: Sunday, July 7 – Monday, July 8
• FASET-2: Thursday, July 11 – Friday, July 12
• FASET-3: Sunday, July 21 - Monday, July 22
• FASET-4: Sunday, August 4 – Monday, August 5
• FASET-5: Sunday, August 11 – Monday, August 12*
• FASET-6: Wednesday, August 14 – Thursday, August 15*

*These FASET sessions are reserved for international students and students who will be traveling from 800 or more miles away.

2. Make sure everyone who is planning to attend FASET is registered.

To add an additional parent, family member, or guest, your student should use the same process he or she used for initial FASET registration. Instructions are online at www.faset.gatech.edu.

 3. Arrange overnight accommodations for parents and guests after receiving confirmation of your FASET session.

(Students will stay in a residence hall as part of their orientation experience.) FASET has partnered with several hotels convenient to Georgia Tech to provide special rates to FASET participants. Click here for hotel information.

4. Visit the FASET website (www.faset.gatech.edu) for up-to-date parking information and directions to campus.

Because of road construction in downtown Atlanta, this information can change on a regular basis.

5. Not sure if you are registered for FASET?
Students can log in up to 10 business days prior to their FASET session to update or verify their registration status. Directions on how to register for FASET can be found at www.faset.gatech.edu.
