LMC professors and poets (Blake Leland, Robert Wood, JC Reilly, and Karen Head) read from their poetry as part of  a two-day event that showcased the creative spirit at Tech through student and faculty projects. Coordinated by the Office of the Arts at Georgia Tech in conjunction with the Georgia Tech Council of the Arts, the festival ran April 12 and 13.

The four LMC professors meet weekly to read and critique one another's poetry, and the collaboration has produced a number of poems as well as several books of poetry. At the Saturday reading, Karen mentioned the group's most recent accomplishment, Four Poets: One Year, an anthology of their recent work, which will be published soon by Poetry Atlanta Press.
