Students from multiple disciplines at the Georgia Institute of Technology work in teams to develop various prototypes for real world applications. Both industry and campus created projects are showcased at the biannual end of semester Capstone Design Expo. This spring’s semester event will comprise of 632 students and 125 different projects. Teams will be competing for up to $8,000 in prize monies. As capstone continues to move towards the future, we are excited to have more and more disciplines take part and watch as the boundaries are crossed between mono-disciplinary to become interdisciplinary team projects. 

Expo judging begins at 6:30 p.m. with the announcement of awards and presentation of cash prizes at 8:15 p.m. For more information and judges registration, visit the Capstone website.
