GTL Professor Laurent Capolungo Recognized for Teaching Excellence

Laurent Capolungo, professor of mechanical engineering at Georgia Tech-Lorraine received the 2013 Lockheed Dean’s Excellence in Teaching Award. This award recognizes outstanding educators among junior faculty at Georgia Tech. Award recipients are selected for extraordinary effectiveness in classroom teaching, educational innovations, inspiration transmitted to students, direct impact and involvement with students and impact on the postgraduate success of students.
