Ideas to Serve Competition Finals

Come support Georgia Tech students who are trying to make a positive difference in their communities and the world!

Join us at the final round of the Ideas to Serve Competition to hear Georgia Tech students' innovative ideas for solving social and environmental problems. Seven finalists will present their ideas to judges and an auditorium full of students, faculty and interested community members. An awards ceremony and reception sponsored by Gray Ghost Ventures, will follow the presentations. The finalist teams are: Chromium, CyborFusion, Mekong Green Tech, MOCI, Sanivation, Team Power, Tubing Operations for Humanitarian Logistics. Learn more about their ideas here.

This event, which is free and open to the public, takes place at 4:30 pm in LeCraw Auditorium and will also be webcast live for those who are unable to attend.

More About the Ideas to Serve Competition
I2S is a competition for current Georgia Tech students and recent alumni who have an early stage product or service idea aimed at creating a better world.  I2S is primarily a competition of ideas, where creativity, imagination, and technology are applied to the solving some of today’s most challenging social and environmental problems.

Ideas for the competition might focus on reducing the effects of poverty, alleviating hunger, promoting health and wellness, improving air and water quality, or developing alternate sources of energy, to name a few.
