COA ADVANCE Annual Mixer

It's that time again! The College of Architecture ADVANCE program will hold our annual mixer featuring Dr. Nisha Botchwey   . 

Dr. Nisha Botchwey joined the Georgia Institute of Technology School of City and Regional Planning as an Associate Professor in January 2012. She brings an impressive educational background and résumé, as well as fresh insights on academic planning and performance. During the mixer, she will be available to discuss her experience in the academic setting, her perspective on shaping an academic career, and her expectations for Georgia Tech and the College of Architecture.

ADVANCE is dedicated to analyzing and eliminating gender disparies in the academic setting. At Georgia Tech, it provides resources to:

  • reduce gender bias withing the academic setting;
  • mitigate barriers for academics due to family responsibilities; and
  • increase career advancement opportunities for women in the sciences.
