David Lee is a research scientist at the Center for Quality Growth & Regional Development in the College of Architecture at Georgia Tech. He received his Ph.D. in city and regional planning from The Ohio State University in 2010 and holds a master’s degree from the State University of New York in Buffalo. He has previously performed research at Fredericksburg Area Metropolitan Planning Organization, Virginia, and the State University of New York’s Center for Urban Studies.
