Garver on China's Reaction to US-India Strategic Relations

“That was a taboo that was unacceptable to the Chinese,” said John Garver, Professor in the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs, commenting on the growing strategic partnership between the United States and India, in particular, the 2008 US-India civil nuclear cooperation deal.
