The Office of Institute Diversity, the Ivan Allen College of Liberal Arts, and others will open the 2015 Georgia Tech Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration with a keynote address from Julian Bond. Former Chairman of the Board, NAACP.

Beginning with his pivotal role in the Civil Rights Movement, Julian Bond - an expert on diversity in the law - has always been on the cutting edge of social change and leadership. Legendary as the first black US vice presidential nominee and former Chairman of the NAACP, Bond continues to deliver a powerful message of equality, freedom, and justice with a renewed sense of relevance.
