What is the Atlanta Beltline and what does it mean for Atlanta business? Come find out about the project that's changing the face of Atlanta.

The Atlanta Beltline is one of the largest, most comprehensive urban redevelopment projects under way in the United States. It has been called Atlanta’s next big “Olympics moment.” And it’s one of Mayor Kasim Reed’s top priorities for the city. • The unique leadership role Georgia Tech played from concept to creation.
  • What’s happening at the Ponce City Market (City Hall East).
  • The Beltline “big picture” vision and upcoming projects.
  • Opportunities for business/real estate development, technology and more.

Who should attend?

Real estate professionals, attorneys, lawyers, developers, entrepreneurs, business leaders, architects, students and anyone who lives, works, or shops in town.

Panelists:

  • Matt Bronfman, managing director, Jamestown Properties (Ponce City Market developer)
  • Lenn Chandler, regional manager, Georgia Power (Beltline infrastructure and power)
  • Patrise Perkins-Hooker, vice president and general counsel, Atlanta Beltline; secretary, State Bar of Georgia
