F.I.T. Camp (Full-Throttle Interval Training)

This class will focus on a full body workout using a variety of equipment. FIT Camp will push you and your body to the next FITness level. You will test your cardiovascular endurance, agility, and speed in ways you only dreamed. The workouts will progress as you get more FIT and stronger. It’s open to all FITness levels so join FIT Camp today!
