Community Garden x Hillel Daffodil Project Planting

Please join us in the SOS Community Garden as we plant 500 daffodil bulbs for the Daffodil Project! The planting will take place on Sunday, Feb. 4, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The Daffodil Project aspires to build a worldwide Living Holocaust Memorial by planting 1.5 million daffodils to the memory of the 1.5 million Jewish children who perished in the Holocaust. The garden will bloom each spring around the time of Yom HaShoah or Holocaust Memorial Day; and will become the site of Hillel's annual memorial to the memory of the 6 million Jews murdered by the Nazis during World War II.
