This session will explore the definition, significance, and practical techniques of psychological safety to build a healthy and productive organizational culture in your teams and units!
The workshop will be facilitated by Drs. Kendra Lewis-Strickland, Strategy Consultant in Georgia Tech's Strategic Consulting office and Diamond Ford, Sr Director of Employee Engagement in GTHR. The session will include role-playing scenarios to practice applying strategies to potential challenges. Registrants will receive the event link closer to the event date.
