Focus Made Easy - Meditation and Breathwork

In this 60-minute session, participants will get to experience the calming effects of breathwork and meditation.  This interactive session will explore the nature of the mind, its association with the breath, and how the breath alone can help increase one's focus. This will be followed by a short meditation that will elucidate the impact of a few minutes of outer silence on the constant inner activity. These sessions are held several times every semester at Georgia Tech, and previous participants have reported a sense of peace, happiness, and even sharpness after going through the workshop.
