Keiretsu Forum - Term Sheets Master Class Workshop

Primary tabs

After years of offering workshops on Term Sheets from entry level to advanced, we have finally brought the key content from all the TS workshops together for this new master class. We will explore all the standard investment instruments including convertible notes, SAFEs, and bridge to all forms of equity investing. We will examine the simple startup instruments and expand to the advanced participating preferred TS we use here at K4-MA-SE.

We will also address the application of Term Sheets as it applies to the type of company legal entities we invest in. Finally, we will take a deep dive into the Cap Table that you need to fully understand to be able to produce the Term Sheet.
