The System office has been working to create Total Rewards Statements for all University System of Georgia benefits-eligible employees. 

These statements show faculty and staff the total value of their benefits package, which extends far beyond a paycheck. In today’s competitive job market, these statements display, in one convenient snapshot, everything faculty and staff may not regularly see. 

The personalized statements detail compensation, healthcare and voluntary insurance benefits, employer contributions, and other work-life benefits. 

The statements will: 

• Help faculty and staff understand the value of what USG pays on their behalf. 

• Highlight retirement contributions, which are higher than the private sector. 

• Promote other work-life benefits, like paid time off, well-being opportunities, and additional programs.
