The Atlanta Global Studies Center and RCE Greater Atlanta's Higher Education Learning Community (HELC) invites faculty and graduate students active in research to the first meeting of the Fall 2023 Sustainable Development Research Seminar titled "The NY Climate Exhange and Sustainable Sanitation: Global Collaboration and the Reinvented Toilet."

Shannon Yee, associate professor in the School of Mechanical Engineering at Georgia Tech, will discuss the exciting opportunities for faculty and researchers to contribute to the New York Climate Exchange and also present his ground-breaking work for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation on the Generation 2 Reinvented Toilet, addressing the needs of the ~3.6 billion people without access to improved sanitation.
