Primary tabs

Effective formal and informal mentoring are essential elements of career success in higher ed. But how can you choose a program structure that meets the needs of faculty when so many models exist? In this workshop, we will explore different types of mentoring programs – one-on-one, peer, small group, and network – and begin developing a mentoring program that will be most valuable to your faculty and their specific needs.
