Spring Housing Application

New or returning Georgia Tech students not living on campus this fall who wish to live in on-campus housing for Spring 2021 may apply online beginning October 5. Students who apply by November 17 will be eligible to self-assign. Residents who are on campus this fall already have an academic year housing contract which includes both fall and spring semesters, and no action is required for spring housing.

Move Out Date for Graduating Students

Current residents are not required to move out of their residence hall during the semester break in December; however, please note the following dates before making travel arrangements:

• Sunday, December 13, by 5 p.m. - Move out for graduating students

Residents who will graduate in December or will intern, co-op, or study abroad in spring need to cancel the spring semester of their contract. Those who have petitioned to graduate will be contacted by email with steps they need to take for their spring housing. Students who will intern, co-op, or study abroad should cancel their spring semester housing and send us verification for their program.

Resident Assistant Applications

Is your student interested in becoming a Resident Assistant (RA)? Recruitment for the 2021-2022 academic year will start on October 16, 2020. Interested candidates will need to attend an online information session and apply online at through the MyHousing employment portal before December 2, at 11:59 a.m. 

Applications will be scored blindly; highly ranked applicants will be invited to participate in an online interview in early to mid-January. Offers will be sent in the middle of February, so all candidates will have time to review the offers and make housing decisions with roommates prior to the housing application process closing.
