New or returning Georgia Tech students who are not living on campus this fall but wish to live in student housing for Spring 2021 may apply online in October. Watch the Housing website for news and updates about the Spring Only housing application. Residents who are on campus this fall already have an academic year housing contract which includes both fall and spring semesters, and no action is required for spring housing. 

If your student resides with us now or will in the future, we hope that the experience in our housing is positive and promotes academic success.
