On Friday, December 10, the Fall 2010 Compute for Good class will present demonstrations and posters of their class projects. Georgia Tech invites you to join us for this session and reception, from 2-4pm in the Klaus atrium. Projects include:

  • Hand-held device applications for Mental Health Liberia project (partner: Carter Center)
  • Technology assessment for Mental Health Liberia project (partner: Carter Center)
  • Data visualization and analysis for network of agricultural supply dealers in Zambia (partner: CARE)
  • Smart grid power utilization display system (joint with Design and Engineering that Matter project team)
  • Wearable computing tutorials for middle and high schoolers (partner: CoC Institute for Computing Education)
  • Web site redesign for non-profit American Partnership for Eosinophilic Disorders (partner: Wendy Book, Emory and APFED)
  • Web site redesign for Campus Community Partnership Foundation (partner: CCPF)
  • Information sharing for Internet cafes in Ghana (partner: BusyInternet)
