Water Drums is an installation of the artistic group Labofactory, designed
in the research group in arts and sciences at École polytechnique, the production
being sponsored by the Chaire arts and sciences. This event is a workshop intended for scientists and faculty at Georgia Tech.

École polytechnique is among the premier scientific and engineering institutions in
France. The Chaire arts & sciences is shared between École polytechnique, École
Nationale des Arts Decoratifs - Paris Sciences et Lettres, and the Daniel and Nina
Carasso Foundation. Georgia Tech School of Music, in the College of Design, develops cutting-edge technologies to help define music’s future, such as music informatics, robot musicianship, and brain-computer interfaces.
