Abdallah Ougazzaden to be awarded membership in the French "Légion d'Honneur"

Professor Abdallah Ougazzaden will be awarded the rank of Chevallier in the French Legion of Honor on June 28.  This is a nationwide recognition of a lifetime of excellence and service. The UMI is especially proud of this recognition.  Prof. Ougazzaden served as director of the GT-CNRS UMI 2958 from its founding in 2006 to 2015.

Summary

On June 28, Prof. Abdallah Ougazzaden will receive the degree of  "Chevalier" or Knight, in the French Legion of Honour, which is the highest French order of Merit for military and civil accomplishments. The ceremony will take place at the Town Hall of Metz, France.
