Full Summary: No summary paragraph submitted.

You've applied, interviewed, and have been offered a job. Now what? Come to this Graduate Pathways for Success (GPS) workshop on negotiating a job offer. How do you evaluate an offer and benefits package? Learn the benefits of starting early, where and how to research salary levels, and what components of a benefits package you may be able to negotiate. Have you thought about a signing bonus? Stock options? Insurance? Vacation leave? Retirement plans? Flex time? Floating days? What if you get multiple offers in different locations with different benefits? Through this workshop you’ll learn about all of these concepts and strategies for negotiating with your future employer. Make sure you start your career with compensation worthy of your Georgia Tech graduate degree.
