Major IT Service Outages Expected During Scheduled Maintenance

As part of continuous efforts to improve service performance and customer experience, and in preparation for migration to CODA, Georgia Tech Information Technology will perform a series of data center upgrades and migrations Sunday, Feb. 24. This service window includes intermittent delays or disruption to major campus IT services between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. as well as occasional interruptions in wireless connectivity between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m.  

Services include, but are not limited to: Banner, Canvas, Dropbox, eduroam, GitHub, Office 365, PeopleSoft, single sign-on (CAS), Vlab/MyCloud, and web hosting.

Service owners and technical teams will be onsite throughout the day to monitor the progress of upgrades and migrations and provide ongoing communications for customers across the Institute. A full listing of services and up-to-date progress will also be provided on Georgia Tech’s Status page, http://status.gatech.edu.
