Registration is open for the fourth series of info sessions for the Financials Transformation Program covering Procurement in Workday. During these sessions, attendees will learn about terminology changes, creating requisitions, and transacting with PCards in Workday. These sessions are especially relevant for campus financial users who oversee, manage, and support processes and systems related to procurement. Attendees will receive an overview of terminology and functionality including a live demonstration of processes. The 90-minute info session lays the groundwork for training that will begin this spring.

There are four sessions to choose from located at various venues across campus:

  • March 13, 9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.; Student Success Center Press Room A&B

  • March 21, 9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.; Marcus Nanotech Room 1116-1118

  • March 27, 2:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.; EBB Krone-CHOA Room

  • April 3, 2:00 p.m. – 3:30.p.m.; Webinar

More than 1,000 financial users attended the past three series of info sessions, and you can view the recordings from the Workday Overview & FDM session, Expenses in Workday, and Grants in Workday session on the website.
