The Spring 2019 Georgia Tech student housing application opens this month for new and returning students. The online application may be accessed from the Department of Housing website. Residents who are on campus this fall already have an academic year housing contract which includes both fall and spring semesters, and no action is required for spring housing.

Current residents are not required to move out of their residence hall during the semester break in December. Note the following dates before making travel arrangements:

• Friday, December 14, 2018, by noon: Move out for all students not residing on campus Spring 2019
• Sunday, December 16, 2018, by noon: Move out for graduating students
• Sunday, December 16, 2018, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.: Room switch

These dates were emailed to your student in September to help when end of semester plans are made.

Beginning Monday, October 8, 2018, the Assignments Team for the Department of Housing will no longer be in the Smithgall Building. Our new location is in North Avenue Apartments on the east campus in room 126, between the North Avenue Community Restaurant and the turnstile entrance to the complex.
