Employee Mindfulness Book Club

Georgia Tech employees are invited to join the Mindfulness Book Club. This club discusses the book Mindfulness Meditation: Your Guide to Achieving a Life of Peace by Reducing Stress and Anxiety through Mindfulness Meditation by Daniel K. Barton.
Each week, you will discuss a different chapter, share experiences, and learn step-by-step exercises and techniques that you can incorporate into your daily professional and personal lives to promote well-being. Please purchase your own individual copy of the book and read the first chapter by the August 29th meeting.
Meeting schedule and locations: Wednesdays from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. from 8/29/18 - 10/24/18 (with the exception of 9/5/18)
