Portman Prize Studio Critic Lecture | Alan Organschi

Alan Organschi will join the School of Architecture as the Portman Prize Studio Critic for the Spring 2019 semester. On November 7, Organschi will present a lecture titled, "The Carbon Positive City: Building in the Bio-Economy," where he will discuss the research taking place at Gray Organischi Architecture and Timber City and begin discussing the plans for research for the Portman Studio.

About Alan Organschi

Alan Organschi is the design principal and a partner at Gray Organschi Architecture. Located in New Haven, Connecticut, the firm is recognized at the local, regional, and national level for its innovative conception and careful crafting of architectural projects that range from the adaptive re-use of damaged buildings and neighborhoods to the development and implementation of low-impact component assembly systems for ecologically delicate sites.
