Fall Teaching Kickoff

Each fall, just before the semester begins, we gather together for a series of interactive workshops aimed at getting you geared up and ready for the first day of class.

Faculty and other instructors are invited to attend all day, or join us as they are able. This year we'll be offering a series of three workshops (visit our website for more information):

  • Syllabus Clinic for New Instructors (9-11 AM with Dr. Ruth Poproski)
  • Little Actions, Big Impact (11:30 AM - 1 PM with Dean John Stein and Dr. Joyce Weinsheimer, lunch provided)
  • Leveraging Canvas to Create Engaging Learning Experiences (1:30-3 PM with Dr. Chaohua Ou)
