Deadline for Study Abroad Fair Exhibitor Registration

Exhibitor registration for Georgia Tech’s 23rd Annual Study Abroad Fair is now open! The registration deadline is Friday, August 31st. To register, please visit: https://oie2.gatech.edu/content/study-abroad-fair-2018

 

Fair Details
Date: Tuesday, October 2
Time: 10:00 am – 2:00pm
Location: Student Center Ballroom

 

Exhibitors may begin setting up at 9:00 am on the morning of the fair. A light breakfast and lunch (2 lunches per table) will be provided. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide additional lunches. If you will need more than two lunches, please make alternate plans for lunch. You can find more information here: https://oie.gatech.edu/sa/fair.

 

We hope you are able to attend the entire Fair.  If you know in advance you will not be able to have your program table set up before 10 AM on the day of the fair and/or have at least one representative at your program table for the duration of the fair, please contact us.  We’re happy to help you in any way we’re able to.  

 

If you or a representative are unable to participate in any capacity, we would still like to promote your program with materials.  Please reply to this email to let us know and send promotional materials to the address below by September 7th.
