Web Developer

• Real-world experience working with XSL, XSLT, XML stylesheets
• >3 years experience with XHTML/CSS, including cross-browser issues (IE6 and higher, Firefox, Safari, Chrome). Ability to hand-code HTML using semantic markup, the latest web standards and CSS layout and positioning
• Knowledge of JavaScript including architecting complete sites, tools, and applications •Strong knowledge of the jQuery JavaScript framework
• Experience with applications used in web development: authoring tools (Dreamweaver, etc.), debugging tools (Firebug), graphics tools (Photoshop etc.)
• Real-world experience with enterprise level content management systems (Documentum) and source control (Subversion)

Designer

• Must have a portfolio to view (hard copy or online)
• Strongly prefer designers that have designed creative for web
• Design experience for print is desired by the presales team
• Have a minimum of 3 years of design experience
• Strong communication skills

Project Manager

• PMP Certified
• PMQA experience > 5 years
• Web project management experience
• Experience managing concurrent, complex projects

Publishing

• A Bachelors Degree and/or minimum of 3 years experience in production for a web-based organization
• A working knowledge of XHTML, CSS and web standards
• Experience with Photoshop (required), Dreamweaver (desired, not required) and Documentum (desired, not required)

Senior Producer

• Five years’ experience directing the implementation of digital marketing campaigns
• Preferred: Proven skill in account service and structured project management
• Aptitude for coordinating cross-functional teams in an interactive production setting
• Experience analyzing web performance metrics and evaluating their implications
