Georgia Tech Strategic Consulting is hosting the inaugural Georgia Tech Organizational Effectiveness Conference on April 20 at the Georgia Tech Global Learning Center.  

The conference is designed to enable participants to learn ways to work more efficiently and effectively by providing opportunities to gain insight, tools, resources, and sharing of leading practices.

The conference will feature the following topics and events:

• Executive Keynote Speakers – Henry Kuykendall, Senior Vice President of Operations for Delta Airlines, and Steve Salbu, Cecil B. Day Chair in Business Ethics for the Scheller College of Business at Georgia Tech
• The Essentials of Organizational Effectiveness – Information session discussing key ingredients of a well-run organization
• Leader Panel – Experienced leaders from Coca-Cola, NCR, and Georgia Tech sharing successes and lessons learned
• Focused Break Out Sessions – Deeper dive on key elements of strategy development, organizational readiness, project and portfolio management, and process improvement
