Join the Center for International Strategy, Technology, and Policy for a presentation and discussion with Dr. Phil Williams, Professor and Wesley W. Posvar Chair in International Security Studies, and Director of the Matthew B. Ridgway Center for International Security Studies at the University of Pittsburgh.
