Primary tabs

Save the date for the annual President's Campus Walk and Health Expo. This event, hosted by the Office of Health & Well-Being is open to students, faculty, and staff.

Join the Georgia Tech community for a health expo and walk through campus led by President G.P. "Bud" Peterson. Two routes will be offered this year: a one-mile option or a three-mile option, both along the Tyler Brown Pi Mile.

Meet at the Campus Recreation Center entrance on the day of the Campus Walk. Registration will begin at 3:00 p.m. through 4:25 p.m. The walk kicks off immediately following the welcome and announcements from President Peterson. Don't forget to stop by our many vendor booths at the Health Expo after you register!

WEATHER UPDATE:

Escape the rain at the President’s Walk & Health Expo! Now located in the Campus Recreation Center (CRC), come by to see great vendors, enjoy tasty snacks, drink some refreshing water, and get a free SHIRT. Beginning at 3 pm, the CRC’s main floor will be filled with opportunities to keep you Smart & Healthy. The President will join us at 4 pm for remarks and to celebrate organizations and campus departments for becoming Certified Healthy. The event will end with a walk on the 5th-floor indoor track, on the treadmills on the CRC’s fitness floors, or on the Stamps Recreation Fields track if we catch a break in the clouds.

If you haven’t preregistered and secured yourself a free shirt, make sure you register for the President’s Walk on mycrc.gatech.edu. You must check in by 4:15 pm to receive your shirt. Sizes are first come, first served.
