Join Phi Alpha Theta - the National History Honors Society

The society is open to any student regardless of major.  Undergraduate students must complete a minimum of 12 semester hours (4 courses) in HTS, achieve a minimum GPA of 3.1 in HTS and a GPA of 3.0 or better overall. A maximum of 3 credit hours of online, transfer, or AP credits may be applied to the membership eligibility requirement.  If you are interested, please contact the faculty advisor, Carla Gerona by Friday, March 9.

You will need to send Dr. Gerona your name, home mailing address, and email as well as $50.00 (must be cash – preferable – or check payable to Carla Gerona).  

This one-time fee includes a lifetime membership, a membership certificate, and four issues of the journal, The Historian.  Members will also receive a special Phi Alpha Theta honors cord upon graduation.
