Georgia Tech Campus Reservation System Soon to Add Calendar Invite Functionality

Faculty and staff who reserve space using the Georgia Tech Campus Reservation System will soon be able to invite attendees and send Outlook Calendar invites as part of the reservation request process. This new calendaring feature will be available beginning on January 12, 2018.

As part of the reservation creation process, you will be able to add meeting attendees, compose a personal message, and then send an Outlook Calendar invite email to the selected attendees.

In addition, beginning February 5, Georgia Tech Campus Reservation System users will be able to make instant space reservations from their mobile devices. With the new mobile app, instant "as-is" room reservations will be available from your phone.
