This event features "The Last Colony," a documentary discussing the relationship between the US and Puerto Rico. The event is a fundraiser for hurricane relief with free food and a discussion of the film.

The event is free, however we are also asking for monetary donations for hurricane relief that will go to Unidos por Puerto Rico.

United for Puerto Rico is an initiative brought forth by the First Lady of Puerto Rico, Beatriz Rosselló, in collaboration with the private sector, with the purpose of providing aid and support to those affected in Puerto Rico by the passage of Hurricane Irma and Hurricane María. 100% of the proceeds will go to helping the victims affected by these natural disasters in Puerto Rico.

The event is sponsored by the School of History and Sociology and the Office of International Education.
