Night markets are a quintessential part of many cities around the world. They are stunning displays of life, color and energy, featuring street food, art, music, and carnival games. We want to recreate this atmosphere at Tech to make international students feel like they are right at home even if home is halfway across the world, and domestic students a stronger appreciation and understanding of their friends’ cultures. This event will bring students from all over campus together for a night of fun and learning. Students who come out will get an amazing opportunity to understand other cultures as well as make friends with people from different backgrounds and different walks of life. One of the primary goals of this event is to increase cultural awareness and appreciation amongst the student population at Tech and celebrate our differences and diversity, fostering community involvement on our campus.

The International Ambassadors at Georgia Tech (GTIA) is a student organization on campus that aims to engage the student body at Georgia Tech in events and activities that promote international culture and diversity in collaboration with the Office of International Education (OIE).
