Please join us to meet Deputy Chief Tony Whitmire, who will share guidance from the University System of Georgia on the new campus carry law, and answer questions that you may have about the Department and campus safety. Deputy Chief Whitmire worked for the Atlanta Police Department for 26 years, retiring as the Midtown Precinct Commander, and worked overseas as a consultant for Blackwater before joining GTPD in 2007.
