Georgia Tech is unique in the breadth and depth of opportunities open to students with about 54 percent of undergraduates taking advantage of Tech’s international offerings. Tech provides students the opportunity to study abroad on 120 different programs spanning every continent and academic discipline; the chance to do global internships to broaden their professional acumen; and the opportunity to internationalize their degrees by participating in the award-winning International Plan. In addition to exploring the globe, Tech students are encouraged to engage with their international student peers not only in classes, student organizations, or in campus housing, but also through programming like the monthly OIE coffee hour, IEW, Culture Fest, and alternative break trips.
