This session features Desney Tan (Ph.D. Computer Science, 2004), Senior Director of Microsoft’s Clinical Sensing and Analytics group. He has been honored for his work on whole-body computing, and is a passionate believer in the creative utility of research and the contributions that PhDs in all disciplines can make in industrial settings.
