Project MICROBE provides middle and high school teachers training in an innovative, microbe-focused curriculum. Curriculum materials include six core lessons. In these lessons, students engage in inquiry-based activities to learn about microbes in the three domains of life: Eukaryotes, Bacteria, and Archaea.

Instructors of the 2017 summer workshop are School of Biological Sciences Professor Joshua Weitz, Samantha DeWerff, Kevin Knapik, and Matthew Pauley
