Devin Brown has been with Georgia Tech since 2002. His research interests include nanotechnology fabrication research and development, and process development and management of $6M JEOL JBX-9300FS 100kV direct write electron beam lithography system. Brown has achieved 6.5nm resolution in hydrogen silsesquioxane negative electron beam resist
