Biao Yang is Associate Professor in the History Department at East China Normal University, Shanghai, China. He is currently the Fulbright Scholar in the department of history at UCLA. He was also the visiting fellow at the Department of Area Studies in the University of Tokyo and the School of Social and International Studies at Deakin University, Australia. His work includes the book The Transformation of the Strategy: American Policies Toward China and the Formation of American Strategy of Limited War.
