Overcoming the Stressors of Perfectionism and Procrastination

Perfectionism and procrastination are key ingredients in the recipe for stress and inefficiency. In this workshop, participants will learn some strategies for overcoming perfectionism and for putting an end to procrastination, thereby decreasing their overall stress. 

This workshop is a part of the Counseling Center's Wellness and Stress Management event series for Spring 2017.
