One of the most common causes of stress for college students is relationships (with romantic partners, friends, parents, roommates and others). This workshop will provide students with an opportunity to learn some skills for communicating effectively within relationships and also to learn healthy ways to resolve relationship conflicts.
 

This workshop is a part of the Counseling Center's Wellness and Stress Management event series for Spring 2017.
