David Popp, Ph.D., Professor, Department of Public Administration and International Affairs, Maxwell School, Syracuse University is presenting a talk, "From Science to Technology: The Value of Knowledge from Different Energy Research Institutions" for the SPP Speaker Series. 

Popp's research interests include Environmental Economics and Economics of Technological Change. He is a Senior Research Associate in the Center for Policy Research at Syracuse University.
