The European Union Center of Excellence at Georgia Tech welcomes Ambassador Klaus Scharioth of Germany and Ambassador Pierre Vimont of France to the Georgia Tech campus for a discussion of the state of the EU and EU-US relations as we enter a new decade.
During what is sure to be a stimulating and informative session, the Ambassadors will share their views on the implications of the Lisbon Treaty for the European Union and the transatlantic relationship. The talk will be moderated by Dr. Vicki Birchfield, Director of the EU Center of Excellence, and will be followed by a question and answer session with the audience.
